The PECO II 5069 BDFBs reflect many years of working with Installers and Maintenance Engineers resulting in a family of Distribution products that address the needs of initial and future cabling. These BDFBs provide a means to redistribute large power feeds (up to 600 Amps) to the load with multiple smaller protected circuits. Fuses are available with ratings up to 200 Amps and Circuit Breakers are available with ratings up to 100 Amps. Each BDFB can be divided into as many as eight different load centers (i.e. A, B, C, D, E, F, G, H), or as few as two. Isolated Ground Bars are provided for each BDFB. The BDFBs are configured to support either Top or Bottom cabling, thus allowing the BDFB to be placed on a raised floor. Each BDFB utilizes a fully welded cabinet with tie bars on each side for cable management. PECO II’s family of BDFBs have been tested to NEBS’s Level 3 requirements by an independent Nationally Recognized Testing Laboratory (NTRL) and found compliant. The Basic Bay consists of the 7’0” Box Frame, Bay Alarm Panel, and Digital Meter. The unique design of the vertically mounted distribution panels provides for maximum buildup of output cables. Up to six distributions (A, B, C, D, E, F), can be configured.
A TPS (0 to 200A) Fuse Panel with (20) twenty fuse positions is available.

Circuit Breaker Panels arranged for Plug-In circuit breakers Ratings up to 100 Amps.
METER & ALARM PANEL
Digital Meter Panel with selector switches are standard to meter all voltages and load center currents (i.e. A, B, C, etc.).
DISTRIBUTION BUS BAR
The Distribution Bus Bars are arranged to facilitate future expansion and Bus Bars for individual load centers can be configured for different quantities of distribution panels.
DC INPUT POWER FEED
The BDFBs are arranged to support either Top or Bottom cabling to facilitate installation.
Each vertical distribution can be configured with a vertical internal ground return bus section. An external ground return bus option is also available.
